We offer a 7-day easy return policy on eligible orders.

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing issue

🔁 Return Process (Simple & Quick)

We’ve made returns as easy as possible:

  1. Contact our support team with your Order ID
  2. Share clear photos or videos (if required) for verification
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available)

👉 In some locations where pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
  • Request must be made within the 7-day return window

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

💸 Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
  • You may be asked to provide your bank/UPI details

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Information

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location
  • You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped

🔄 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you can request a return after delivery
